These terms cover the 8gtechnology.com website operated by Sekiz Group Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Sekiz Group", "we"), the content we publish on our own social media accounts and YouTube channel, and our internal publishing tool 8GOS Publisher, which we use to publish that content. 8GOS Panel and enterprise services are governed by the contract with the respective organization.

1. 8GOS Publisher

• 8GOS Publisher is an internal tool used only by our authorized staff. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else.
• The tool publishes content only to accounts owned by our company: our Facebook Page, our Instagram account and our YouTube channel Milyonda 1 · Ürün Rehberleri.
• The tool does not connect to anyone else's account and does not process other users' data. The data we process is described in our privacy policy.

2. YouTube API Services

8GOS Publisher uses YouTube API Services to publish our videos on our YouTube channel. By using the tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to Google's processing of data.

3. Published content

• The videos on our channels are informational product comparisons. They are not expert advice, and the products were not physically tested.
• The websites mentioned in the videos contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission from purchases made through these links; the price you pay does not change.
• Some visuals in the videos are AI-generated. On YouTube these videos are declared as altered or synthetic content.
• Prices, stock and product specifications may change. The information shown on the seller's page at the time of purchase is binding.

4. Intellectual property

The rights to the videos and to the texts and visuals on this site belong to our company. Product names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

5. Limitation of liability

Content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the information is current, complete or error-free. This limitation does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.

6. Changes

We update these terms when our tools or services change; the current version is always published on this page with the date above.
