This policy explains how Sekiz Group Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Sekiz Group", "we") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data across the 8gtechnology.com website, 8GOS Panel (go.8gtechnology.com) and the applications and integrations operated by Sekiz Group. It is written under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect
Website visits
8gtechnology.com is a static site with no accounts, forms or tracking cookies. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical records such as IP address, browser information and request time for a short period for security and performance purposes.
Contact
When you email us, your name, email address and message content are kept in order to answer your request.
8GOS Panel accounts
For users who open a Panel account we process name, email address, authentication data, the organization (tenant) you belong to and in-panel activity records. Cost and quality measurements of AI operations run in the Panel may be associated with the account.
Third-party platform integrations
With your explicit authorization, 8GOS media and growth modules can connect to your Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and similar platform accounts. In that case only the data within the scope you authorized is processed (account identifier, page and post data, statistics). We never see or store your platform passwords; access works through access tokens issued by the platform, which you can revoke at any time.

4. Cookies
8gtechnology.com uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. 8GOS Panel uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver the service, under contractual safeguards:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, DNS)
- Google LLC (corporate email infrastructure)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and any other platform you authorize (only when you use an integration)
These providers may operate servers outside Türkiye and the EU. Transfers are made on the basis of your explicit consent or the safeguards foreseen by the applicable law. In on-premise or air-gapped 8GOS deployments, data stays within the organization's own infrastructure.
6. Retention
- Infrastructure security logs: up to 30 days
- Contact correspondence: 2 years after the request is closed
- Panel account data: while the account is open; deleted within 30 days of closure or a deletion request, purged from backups within 90 days
- Integration data: processing stops immediately on revocation or deletion request; deleted within 30 days
- Records subject to statutory retention: for the period required by law
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Panel access is limited by authentication and per-organization authorization; every AI agent action passes through a policy engine and is logged. PII anonymization tooling is built into the system for text that contains personal data.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 and GDPR art. 15-22 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification or erasure, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw consent. Send requests to info@8gtechnology.com; we answer within 30 days. For erasure, see the data deletion instructions. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We update this policy when needed; the current version is always published on this page with the date above.
